Having a second home in Park City is a big investment and  when you aren’t here to watch out for your home, you need to be sure someone else is. Let us help protect your investment with weekly checks to make sure everything is in order and working properly. We will ensure there are no leaks or broken appliances, that all doors and windows are closed and locked and that there's no evidence of trespassers, we will monitor that the thermostat is appropriately set and that smoke alarms and fire extinguishers are working, heck, even a burned out light bulb will be changed. 

By performing routine maintenance, you will save money and time by increasing the life of equipment and materials, preventing potentially avoidable maintenance issues (and downtime), and protecting your investment in your property. 

Your home will be ready for your arrival because we will turn on lights, ensure proper operation of TV and internet, set thermostats to your comfort level, check firewood and propane supplies, put out patio furniture, and prepare your pool or hot tub for use. If you would like groceries, liquor or flowers waiting, they will be there. Nothing worse than arriving on a Sunday and finding out the liquor store is closed. 

On call service is available for emergencies or special needs 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

We also provide pest control for  lawn and ornamentals, attic inspections and a rodent bait station program. Pests can wreak havoc on a home and having a home management professional monitoring your home can mean the difference between detecting a problem early and avoiding damage entirely, or taking the risk of leaving your home unprotected.

Prefer to drive your own car instead of shuttle from the airport? Us too! So we will deliver your vehicle to the airport ready for pick up upon your arrival. It will arrive clean and with a full tank of gas.  And of course we'll retrieve it when you leave.
